Why Dual Stage?
Dual Stage regulator help to reduce the pressure in the CO2 cylinder. This will help the following:
Solenoid valves are unable to function properly with the high pressure in the Co2 bottles.
Without Dual Stage, Co2 output will be unstable and may cause irregulator Co2 output amount.
You will be able to use high quality diffuser
ANS PRO II CO2 Regulator Advance (Dual Stage) in Singapore
This dual-stage regulator is built to hold a steady CO2 output even as cylinder pressure drops toward empty, which is the main weakness of cheaper single-stage units. It offers adjustable working pressure up to around 70 PSI, a fine-tuning output controller, an integrated 12V solenoid for safe day-night automation, dual gauges, and a bubble counter. Add ANS extender manifolds and one regulator can drive anywhere from two to ten outlets.
For serious planted-tank keepers here, dual-stage stability is what prevents the dreaded end-of-tank dump, where a draining cylinder suddenly gasses your fish. Pair the solenoid with a timer so CO2 stops at lights-out, since plants stop consuming it overnight and a tank already sitting at 27-29C holds less dissolved oxygen. The universal 100-240V adapter suits our mains directly, and the W21.8 thread fits standard local cylinders.
