Description

Product,
Suitable for serious hobbyist or shop owner, with a rack or two of tanks to aerate.
This series of air pumps was designed to be THE work horse. Proven in the field to have a long lasting service life, out lasting it competitors.

Due to its advance air compressing system, this series is able to power multiple lines without giving to back pressure. Allowing the hobbyist to have a steady and even flow of air distributed throughout the tubes.

Utilizes specialized rubber components to maintain steady air output and pressure.
Advanced air-compressing system, damping system and multilevel muffler producing extremely low noise levels.
Made out of aluminium alloy case, quick in heat-dissipation and portable
Build structure is tough yet compact unlike lesser models which often have bulky designs
Proven long service life while energy efficient.

Running a Hailea HAP-series pump across a rack of tanks

The HAP series is the workhorse end of the range, built for serious hobbyists and shop owners aerating a rack or two of tanks. With outputs from 60 up to 120 litres per minute, a single HAP unit can drive many air lines at once without sagging into back-pressure, so every outlet gets a steady, even flow. The aluminium-alloy case sheds heat well, which is welcome in a warm Singapore fish room where a pump runs around the clock.

That capacity makes it a strong backbone for breeding setups, grow-out racks and shop display walls fed by sponge filters and airstones. We still recommend a gang valve manifold so you can balance flow between tanks and shut off lines individually. Position the pump above the highest waterline and fit check valves on each branch; with this much pressure on tap, a power cut without check valves can push or siphon water in unexpected directions across the rack.
