The OxyMax 100, 200 and 400 cover small to mid-sized tanks with adjustable air output and a complete starter set of hose and air stones. In our climate, an air pump is more than a stream of decorative bubbles. Water sitting at 27-29C holds less dissolved oxygen than cooler temperate tanks, so reliable aeration is genuinely important for fish health, particularly in heavily stocked community setups or breeding tanks where bioload runs high. The quiet operation suits HDB and condo homes where the tank shares a room with you.
Beyond oxygenation, the OxyMax drives sponge filters and air-driven systems, and the adjustable bubble pattern lets you tune output to the tank. We especially value a dependable air pump as backup oxygenation overnight, when plants stop photosynthesising and oxygen naturally dips, and during the power flickers our monsoon weather sometimes brings, when a battery backup pump can take over.
