NF ASC89010 Air Stone Cylinder for Steady Aeration

The NF ASC89010 is a 30×20 cylinder air stone that breaks airflow into a broad, even column of bubbles, increasing dissolved oxygen and helping keep water moving in both freshwater and marine setups. We like cylinder stones for their wide bubble spread compared with a single point diffuser, which makes them a dependable, low-fuss way to oxygenate a community tank, a quarantine tank or a sump return.

Oxygen is something Singapore keepers should never take for granted. At 27-29C our water holds less dissolved oxygen than cooler climates, so a working air stone is cheap insurance against fish gasping at the surface, especially in stocked tanks at night. Air stones do clog over time with biofilm and mineral buildup, so we suggest periodically swapping or cleaning them to keep the bubbles fine and the airflow strong.
