A 100m roll of blue silicone airline is aimed at anyone running more than a single tank: breeders, shop setups, or a wall of nano shrimp tanks where you are splitting air to a dozen sponge filters. Silicone stays soft and flexible in a way that PVC tubing does not, so it slips onto air stones and check valves easily and resists the stiffening and yellowing that makes older lines crack and leak over time.
