Angelfish is a very popular tropical fish because of its unique shape and because of their interesting personalities. They are aggressive eaters and will go to the top of the tank when they see you approach. Angelfish are curious about their environment and can become very territorial, especially around breeding time. They will pair off and if any other fish tries to enter their territory they will go after them. So use caution when stocking.

How To Safely Add Fish To Tank
- Set live stock aside with transportation bag in room temperature place for 30 minutes.
- Then transfer bag to float in aquarium for another 30 minutes
- Use a fish net to transfer the live stock by scooping it from the bag into the tank.
Note: Do not release live stocks together with the transportation water into tank.
Platinum Angel Veiltail Care in Singapore
The Platinum Veiltail Angel is a striking domestic angelfish with a clean metallic-white body and long, flowing finnage. Angelfish are sensitive shipped livestock, so we send them under priority handling to arrive in top condition. On arrival, float the bag to match temperature, drip acclimate gently, and keep the lights low while they settle. Those trailing veil fins are easily nipped, so choose calm tankmates and avoid known fin-nippers in the community.
Angels suit our warm climate well, thriving across the 27-29C range that many local tanks hold naturally, and they prefer soft, slightly acidic water. Give them a tall tank for their body shape, gentle flow, and some tall plants or driftwood to feel secure. They can become territorial when pairing up, so provide space and watch for squabbles, especially in a smaller HDB or condo setup with limited swimming room.
