The ANS Zen 90x45x80cm Cabinet for a Feature Tank

At 90cm wide and 45cm deep, this is the Zen cabinet for hobbyists ready to commit to a 3-foot showpiece. That width gives you room for a properly composed nature-style or Dutch layout, and the deep footprint supports the water volume a tank this size carries. This is where floor loading deserves real attention. A filled 90x45cm tank with substrate and rock can run well past 150kg, so we always insist on a load-bearing wall, a fully levelled base across all studded feet, and ideally a quick check of your block’s floor-loading limits for larger setups. The metal-studded joints handle that mass, but an uneven floor is the most common cause of stressed seams we see locally.
