The CADE Reef S2 Frag 900 for Singapore Reef Propagation
The CADE Reef S2 Frag 900 scales the shallow frag concept up to a 90cm length while keeping the low 35cm height that brings corals close to the light. That extra width gives serious propagators and mixed-reef keepers room for several frag racks or a sprawling grow-out shelf, all built on the same rimless Opti-Clear glass and sump plumbing as the rest of the Reef S2 line. It works equally well as a standalone propagation system or alongside a main display.
The shallow, wide format heats fast under intense reef lighting, so in Singapore’s climate a chiller and strong surface agitation are the practical way to keep frags in a steady temperature range. Because light penetrates the short water column easily, ease back on intensity for freshly cut frags to prevent bleaching. Site it over a load-bearing line and use the matched CADE cabinet to hide the sump and distribute the filled weight on your floor.
