DOOA Neo Glass Cover 20x20cm

This glass cover is sized for the 20x20cm DOOA Neo Glass Air small terrarium/aquarium. The larger footprint suits the low tray and cube versions often used for emersed Wabi-Kusa or shrimp displays, and the close fit does the same job as the smaller cover: it locks in humidity for emersed planting and discourages small livestock from leaping out. Fixing hooks are not included and are sold separately.

We consider a cover worthwhile in Singapore because a 20cm open tank in our warm rooms loses water steadily, and emersed foliage dries out fast without trapped humidity. The glass top keeps the microclimate stable between mistings and cuts down on top-ups, while also keeping dust off a display scape. Lift it occasionally to vent and wipe the condensation that gathers underneath in our humid climate so the glass stays clear.
