The GUPPY Turtle Bowl 270mm is a compact, self-contained housing option that works well for small turtles and terrapins, betta and shrimp, or as a temporary holding and quarantine container. Its modest footprint makes it a practical fit for HDB and condo homes where a full glass aquarium and stand are simply too much, letting you keep an animal comfortably on a desk, shelf or balcony ledge with care.

As with any small-volume setup, the catch is stability: little containers heat, cool and accumulate waste faster than large tanks, so frequent partial water changes and conditioned, dechlorinated tap water are essential. Our ambient 27-29C means tropical livestock often needs no heater, but keep the bowl out of direct afternoon sun, which can spike the temperature in a small body of water very quickly.
