JBL TerraControl Thermometer and Hygrometer

TerraControl is a simple combined thermometer and hygrometer that lets you read both temperature and humidity in a terrarium at a glance. Getting humidity right is the part many new keepers overlook, and it is genuinely species-specific: a desert setup wants very different readings from a tropical rainforest enclosure. Having both values on one dial mounted inside the glass takes the guesswork out of holding the right microclimate.

Singapore’s ambient humidity already runs high, which helps with rainforest species but can push a poorly ventilated enclosure too damp. A reliable gauge tells you when to increase airflow or ease off misting, and the marked optimal band gives a quick visual cue. Mount it with the supplied suction cups or hook-and-loop fastener at the height your animal actually occupies, since readings vary top to bottom.
