MIUS PT Misting Nozzles (Single / Double)
These PT misting nozzles are the business end of a MIUS rainforest system, available as a single-jet (PT 02) or twin-jet (PT 03) head to fan out fine mist exactly where you want it. They connect straight to the misting pump and tubing, letting you build coverage nozzle by nozzle rather than over-spraying the whole tank. The double head suits wider planted walls; singles are handy for targeting a stubborn dry pocket of moss or fern.
In Singapore paludariums and vivariums, even misting keeps emersed and terrestrial plants hydrated while the evaporating spray gently cools the air, a useful touch in our warm climate. We recommend RO or dechlorinated water, since hard tap minerals slowly clog fine nozzle apertures and leave white spotting on glass. A periodic soak in vinegar clears any buildup and restores a clean, even spray pattern.
