The NF Q-25 All-in-One Tank for SG First-Timers

At 25 x 25 x 30cm and around 18 litres, the Q-25 is the smallest of the curved-back Q series and a genuinely good entry point for someone setting up their first aquarium in an HDB or condo. It arrives with crystal glass, built-in back-chamber filtration with media, LED lighting and a cover, so a beginner isn’t left piecing together compatible parts from scratch. The compact cube sits comfortably on a sturdy desk or sideboard.

A tank this size is forgiving on space but unforgiving on stocking, so we steer customers toward a single betta, a small shrimp colony or a tiny school of nano fish rather than overloading it. Small volumes swing temperature and ammonia faster, and in our 27-29C rooms many keepers run these heaterless, topping up evaporation with dechlorinated water to counter our chloraminated tap and steady humidity.
