What so good of using soft granulates?
The softening prevents the granulate from swelling in the aquarium water or in the digestive tract of the fish and at the same time increases the acceptance of the feed.
For medium to large fish, Artemia 50% XL, approx. 1.5 – 2 mm is suitable.
For small fishes, use Artemia 50% granulate, approx 1mm
Experience has shown that Artemia 50% soft granules not only go down well with ornamental fish, but many shrimp lovers have also discovered this rich complete feed for themselves, respectively their darlings.

DIS Artemia Soft Granulate 50% in Singapore Tanks

This 50% brine shrimp soft granulate is a tempting staple we keep on the shelf for keepers whose fish turn their noses up at flake. The high artemia content and soft texture coax even fussy eaters to feed, which makes it a favourite for goldfish, flowerhorn, marine fish and mixed community tanks. It is a balanced everyday food rather than a treat, supplying the fats and protein that drive condition and natural colour over time.

In Singapore’s warm 27-29C water, appetites run high, so we suggest two or three small feeds a day, offering only what is cleared within a couple of minutes. Soft granulate sinks slowly and breaks down less than crushed flake, but it still adds to the bioload, so keep up with regular water changes and ensure your filter is well established. Reseal the tub against humidity to stop it clumping.
