Pro-Scissors are professional model of the trimming scissors. By getting both Pro-Scissors and Trimming Scissors lined up, it is possible to deal with the various layout style trimming. At 255mm the curved Pro-Scissors S is a precision tool for the nano and 2 foot tanks that dominate Singapore’s space-conscious HDB and condo setups. The curved blade lets you shape low carpets and trim foreground plants at a shallow angle without your hand fouling the water surface. We reach for the curve type when grooming Monte Carlo or Glosso lawns where following the substrate contour gives the cleanest, flattest finish.

Glide the curved tips just above the carpet and skim the runners level, working in passes so you do not gouge a bald patch that algae will exploit in our warm water. The compact size gives real control in tight aquascapes. After trimming, rinse away plant sap and dry the blades fully, because our humidity will quietly corrode any tool left damp between sessions.
