ANS Clear Sucker (Suction Cup) for Glassware and CO2 Gear

These clear silicone suction cups are the small, unglamorous part that keeps your lily pipes, CO2 diffusers and drop checkers exactly where you placed them. The 36mm cup and clear colour are deliberately discreet, disappearing against the glass so they do not distract from a clean aquascape. Silicone holds its grip far longer than the cheap rubber cups that yellow, harden and lose suction within months in our warm, humid tanks.

In practice, suction cups are a consumable: heat, mineral film and repeated removal all weaken the seal over time, so keeping spares on hand saves a midnight scramble when a glass lily pipe slips and clinks against the tank wall. We tell customers to wipe both the cup and the glass clean and dry before pressing them on, then give a firm push to expel trapped air for the strongest hold. Replace any cup that no longer snaps tight.
