DOOA Aqua Pincette L for Singapore Aquascapers

The Aqua Pincette L is the longest in DOOA’s tweezer range at 30cm, designed for planting and maintenance in deeper tanks where shorter tools leave you with a wet sleeve. We recommend the L to Singapore aquascapers running tall or large display tanks, where the extra reach lets you place stems and carpet plants right into the substrate without disturbing the layout. The moderate spring and aligned blades give the controlled grip that delicate planting demands.

For the precise work of pushing carpeting plants into aquasoil, a quality stainless pincette makes a real difference, gripping fine stems without crushing them. In our humid climate, rinse and dry the tool after each session so the blades stay spot-free and the spring keeps its tension over years of use. The 30cm length is best matched to deeper tanks, while compact HDB nano setups are usually easier with the shorter M or S sizes.
