The 30Ø Pollen Glass Beetle is the corner-mounted CO2 diffuser we recommend for hobbyists running a 90cm planted tank. Its wide ceramic diffusion plate breaks gas into a fine mist that dissolves efficiently as it rises, and the Beetle’s clever shape lets it perch in an inside corner where it stays out of the main sightline. On a busy SG layout with demanding stem plants, that even, mist-driven distribution helps push CO2 into the leaf surfaces where photosynthesis happens.

Ceramic diffusers clog with biofilm and mineral residue over time, and in our warm tanks that happens faster, so we suggest a periodic soak to keep the mist fine. Pair it with a check valve and a drop checker so you can dial in a stable level rather than guessing. As with all ADA glass, handle gently when removing it for cleaning, since the thin walls chip easily against the rim.
