ANS Opti Glass CO2 Diffuser Jap Style 500 (Mini)

This mini Japanese-style glass diffuser is built for small and nano planted tanks, the format that fits so neatly on an HDB desk or condo shelf. CO2 is pushed through a fine ceramic plate that breaks it into a mist of tiny bubbles, maximising contact with the water so plants take up more carbon as the mist drifts up. The clean Opti glass keeps the hardware discreet, which matters in a tidy display scape where you do not want bulky kit on show.

Its small footprint suits a modest bubble rate, so it is well matched to nano CO2 setups rather than large high-flow systems. Keep an eye on the diffuser colour, since our warm water encourages algae and the ceramic plate clogs over time, slowing the mist. A periodic soak in a diffuser cleaner restores the fine bubbles. As always, ramp CO2 slowly and watch your fish in our oxygen-light warm water.
