The ISTA 2-in-1 Metal Bubble Counter and Check Valve

This handy combination unit merges two CO2 accessories into one tidy metal body: a bubble counter to set and monitor your injection rate, and an integrated stainless steel check valve to stop water siphoning back toward your regulator. We like it for planted-tank keepers who want a cleaner, more reliable build than a string of separate plastic parts strung along the line.

Counting bubbles per second is how most local hobbyists dial in CO2 against their drop checker, and a solid metal counter resists the clouding and cracking that cheap plastic ones suffer over time. The check valve is the part that saves equipment: in a power cut, common during our monsoon storms, pressure can reverse and pull tank water up the line, so a working non-return valve is genuinely important insurance.
