Before siting it, think about floor loading. A filled glass tank plus substrate, hardscape and the stand is serious mass, so in HDB and condo units we suggest placing it against a structural wall and spreading the load rather than over a single joist line. The black laminate cabinet hides canister, CO2 cylinder and electrics neatly, keeping cords away from our high humidity and tidy for daily living.
