KC Paramedic Kit for koi first aid in Singapore
For koi keepers, ulcers and abrasions are an unfortunate reality, and this Paramedic Kit packages everything needed to carry out clean, hygienic first aid in one box: a sedative, an antiseptic wound cleaner, a waterproof propolis seal, gloves and cotton buds. We recommend it to anyone running a koi pond who would rather treat a wound properly on the spot than scramble for separate items when a fish is already stressed.
In Singapore’s warm climate bacteria are active year round, so a minor graze from netting, spawning or pond hardware can turn into an ulcer faster than in temperate ponds. The kit’s workflow of clean, disinfect and seal helps stop pathogens reaching the wound while the fish heals. Always handle koi over a soft surface, keep handling time short, and return the fish to clean, well-oxygenated water as quickly as you safely can.
