NT Labs Paratonical 100ml for parasite recovery in SG tanks
Paratonical is a herbal, shrimp- and plant-safe blend formulated to support fish recovering from protozoan parasites such as whitespot, velvet, Trichodina, Costia and flukes. We like recommending it for community and planted tanks where harsher chemical treatments could harm invertebrates, since it can be used alongside other medications. In Singapore’s warm water, parasite life cycles spin quickly, so catching symptoms like flicking or rubbing early gives the best response.
As with any treatment, test your water first, because poor quality keeps fish stressed and undoes any progress. We suggest observing closely to identify the specific parasite where you can, as that guides whether you pair Paratonical with a targeted product. Keep aeration strong and temperature steady throughout, and continue good husbandry, since botanical support works with your maintenance rather than replacing water changes and quarantine.
If you are pinning down the culprit, read our notes on treating Trichodina and Costia and Ichthyobodo. Browse more parasite remedies in our conditioners & medication range.
