Description

Multi-functional carbon dioxide tablets will quickly release the CO2 gas required by aquatic plants in the water, and at the same time release the necessary nutrients for the growth of aquatic plants. One tablet can provide the most complete all-round nutritional supplement for aquatic plants.

Instructions:

One tablet per 20 liters of water per day. If planting aquatic plants with higher CO2 demand, it can be increased to 2 or 3 times per day.
If you plant low-light aquatic plants, such as small banyan, iron crown, ink silk, etc., you can even use 1 tablet every 3 days for every 20 liters of water.
Please use aquatic grass iron fertilizer concentrated tablets together to achieve the most perfect nutritional combination.
The water flow in the cylinder should be slowed down as much as possible during use to increase the CO2 gas dissolution efficiency.

Please lock the bottle cap immediately after use to avoid moisture. Not edible, keep out of reach of children.

UP Aqua D-516 Multi-Function CO2 Tablets for Planted Tanks

These CO2 tablets are a no-pressure way to add carbon and nutrients to a planted tank without running a pressurised cylinder. For HDB keepers who don’t have room for a CO2 bottle, regulator and diffuser, or who simply want a low-tech planted nano, dropping one tablet per 20 litres daily is an easy routine. They suit low-light, undemanding plants like anubias, java fern and moss, where heavy injection isn’t needed and the dosing can stretch to once every few days.

Set expectations honestly: tablets give a gentler, less consistent carbon dose than pressurised CO2, so they won’t drive a demanding carpet or high-light scape the way a cylinder does. In our soft, slightly acidic chloraminated tap water they work best paired with sensible lighting and regular water changes. Keep the tube sealed against Singapore humidity so the tablets don’t soften, and don’t overdose a small, lightly stocked tank.
