The RQ2230 Christmas Tree for Festive Tanks
The RQ2230 Christmas tree is a seasonal favourite we stock for keepers who like to dress their tank for the year-end holidays. In Singapore, where homes don’t always have room for a full-size tree, a festive aquarium becomes its own talking point at gatherings, and a single themed piece transforms the display without a permanent commitment. After the season you simply lift it out and the tank returns to its everyday look.
It is inert resin, so it is safe alongside your usual community fish, but treat it like any new ornament: rinse in dechlorinated water first to clear residue from our chloraminated supply, and seat it firmly so it can’t topple. The branches give small fish a bit of cover too. We’d avoid leaving it in year-round only because it reads as out of place once the festive mood passes.
