SUDO S-878 Trunk Decoration in Singapore
The SUDO S-878 trunk decoration is a compact log-style ornament at roughly 95 x 90 x 100mm, with a taller profile than most pieces in the range. That height makes it useful for breaking up the mid-water and giving fish a vertical hide, which works nicely in the smaller tanks Singapore hobbyists keep at home. The moulded resin imitates aged wood, so it suits natural and biotope-leaning scapes.
Like the rest of SUDO’s trunk pieces it doubles as a refuge. Catfish, plecos and dwarf cichlids will treat the hollow as territory, and timid community fish settle once shelter is in place. The resin is inert, so it won’t shift our soft, slightly acidic local water, and it sidesteps the curing and tannin release that real driftwood needs before it sits and stays down in a tank.
