Using the UP F-950S ceramic planter pot in your aquascape

This UP F-950S is a ceramic pot decoration that doubles as a removable planting cradle, which we find handy for hobbyists who like to rearrange a tank without uprooting everything. Because the whole pot lifts out, you can trim stems, swap a foreground plant, or move a mossy feature during maintenance without clouding the water or disturbing your substrate. The three sizes let you scale it to nano shrimp tanks or larger community layouts.

The porous ceramic also gives beneficial bacteria a surface to colonise, adding a little passive biological help, and the hollow shape makes a natural retreat. In Singapore shrimp and small-fish tanks, that shade and cover genuinely reduces stress and gives fry somewhere to hide from tankmates. We like potting it with low-light plants such as Anubias or Bucephalandra tied to the rim, since these thrive in our warm water and forgive the lower light at the back of a layout.
