Carbon Pure has one of the highest absorbing capacity activated carbon found in the market. It contains extremely low ash and phosphate level. It do not alter pH level and it is safe for fishes and invertebrates.

ANS Carbon Pure 200 for Crystal-Clear SG Tanks

Carbon Pure 200 is the dosed-by-volume option many of our customers prefer, with one bag rated for roughly 100 litres and a Nano size for the 10-30 litre nano builds that suit HDB and condo living. The low-ash, low-phosphate grade is handy in planted setups where you want clarity and odour control without feeding nuisance algae. In our warm climate, organics build quickly in a stocked tank, so a fresh bag noticeably sharpens water clarity within days.

We position it after sponge or floss so coarse debris does not clog the granules early. Rinse the bag for a minute or two under tap water to wash out fines, then settle it where flow passes through it evenly. Plan to swap it monthly rather than stretching it, because spent carbon cannot be recharged and slowly stops adsorbing once saturated, particularly at our 27-29C ambient temperatures that accelerate everything.
