ANS Nano Block Mini 100ml for Small Filters

At just 2x2cm per block, this 100ml pack is made for the tightest filtration spaces: nano canister trays, internal filters and the small chambers in HOB units that suit HDB desktop tanks. The mini cubes let you fill awkward gaps that larger media leaves empty, maximising the biological surface inside a compact filter. Each porous block hosts the bacteria that quietly process ammonia and nitrite, keeping a small water volume stable.

The blocks are long-lasting and keep their form rather than crumbling, and they do not alter pH or mineral balance, so they suit delicate shrimp nanos and planted scapes in our soft, slightly acidic tap water. Because small tanks swing faster than large ones, a well-colonised bed of this media gives valuable buffering. Seed it from a mature filter and your nano cycles much more quickly in our warm climate.
