OASE Vitronic Replacement Parts for Local UV Units

Keeping an OASE Vitronic UV clarifier running well comes down to maintaining the parts that wear, and that is exactly what this range covers: replacement UVC bulbs, quartz sleeves, electronic ballasts, gaskets and the housing components. In Singapore’s warm climate, where green-water and algae blooms can flare quickly in sunlit or nutrient-rich tanks and ponds, a working UV unit is a genuinely useful tool, but only if its consumables are kept fresh.

The single most important part to track is the UVC bulb: its germicidal output fades long before it stops glowing, so it should be replaced roughly once a year of running even if it still lights up. A clouded or scaled quartz sleeve also blocks UV from reaching the water, so clean or renew it when you service the unit. Always match the spare to your exact Vitronic wattage, and switch off and unplug before opening the housing.
