Shiruba PF hang-on-back filter for Singapore nano and community tanks

The PF series is a perennial seller for us because it does the simple things well at a fair price. As a hang-on-back unit it clamps onto the rim and needs no cabinet plumbing, which suits the smaller HDB and condo tanks where a full canister would be overkill. It handles mechanical, chemical and biological duties in one cartridge, and the self-priming start means it picks back up on its own after the brief power cuts our monsoon season throws up.

The telescopic intake and adjustable flow valve let you tune it to a betta tank that wants calm water or a livelier community that needs more turnover. Because cartridges are replaceable, upkeep is straightforward, though we often tell customers to keep some old media when swapping so the biofilter is not reset. The submersible motor stays genuinely quiet for a bedroom or study.
