SUNSUN CUV UVC Clarifier for green water in SG ponds and tanks

Green water is a constant battle in Singapore’s bright, warm conditions, and this inline UVC clarifier is built to break the cycle. The stainless reflector lining boosts the sterilising dose, while the high-pressure housing tolerates up to ten metres of head, so it suits pressurised pond filter loops as well as aquarium and aquaculture lines. As water passes the lamp, free-floating algae and many pathogens are knocked back, which clears the pea-soup look that outdoor ponds develop fast under our sun.

We size the unit to flow rate, not just volume: water needs enough dwell time past the lamp for the UVC to work, so an oversized pump can outrun a small clarifier. The split lamp-head and chamber design makes annual bulb swaps quick, and we remind keepers that UVC output fades long before the lamp goes dark, so replace it on schedule rather than waiting for failure.
