HIKARI Goldfish Bio-Gold+ (sinking) 300g in Singapore
This sinking version of Hikari’s premium goldfish diet is the one we point fancy goldfish keepers to when buoyancy is a concern. Round-bodied varieties like oranda, ranchu and ryukin are prone to swim-bladder and floating issues, and a sinking pellet lets them feed off the bottom or mid-water without gulping air at the surface. It carries the same colour-enhancing and growth formulation, just delivered in a way that is gentler on a deep-bodied fancy’s digestion.
In Singapore indoor tanks running at 27-29C, goldfish stay active and feed readily, so portioning is the main discipline. Sinking pellets can settle into substrate or decor and get missed, so feed small amounts your fish clear within a few minutes and check that nothing rots underneath. Goldfish are heavy waste producers, so pair feeding with strong filtration and regular water changes using conditioned tap water.
