Techsin SPK04B Floating Ring (Medium) for the DK3-24

This medium floating ring is sized for the larger DK3-24 triple-head mist maker, holding that bigger unit at the correct working depth in the water. Multi-disc foggers are heavier and need the discs sitting in a narrow depth band to atomise efficiently; sit them too low and fog output falls away, too high and they spit and run dry. The ring keeps the unit floating at the right level as conditions change, so the mist stays consistent.

For Singapore paludariums and outdoor water features running a triple misters, evaporation in our warm climate steadily drops the level, and the ring tracks it so you are not forever repositioning the unit. Pair the medium ring specifically with the DK3-24, keep it clear of algae and leaf litter so it floats freely, and inspect it now and then to confirm the discs remain cleanly submerged rather than half-exposed.
