UP Aqua D-650 Floating Turtle Pier

This 20 x 12 x 4.5cm floating island gives turtles and other semi-aquatic pets a dry basking spot without taking up tank floor space or needing brackets. The textured surface and fine raised particles give claws something to grip, so your turtle can haul out easily, and because it floats it rises and falls with the water level. That self-adjusting design is handy in turtle tanks, where water levels change between top-ups and water changes.

It suits a range of amphibians and reptiles, frogs, crabs and small turtles among them, making it a flexible piece for paludarium and turtle setups. A Singapore note: while our 27-29C ambient suits many tropical species, turtles and reptiles still need proper basking heat and, for most, UVB lighting to stay healthy, which a floating pier on its own doesn’t provide. Position the island under your basking source and keep the surface clear so the animal can dry off fully.
