Pro-f Nano Tropical for Small-Mouthed SG Nano Fish

Nano fish are perfect for Singapore’s compact homes, fitting onto an office desk or HDB shelf where a full tank will not. The catch is that species like chili rasboras, sparkling gouramis, Endler guppies and bettas have tiny mouths and simply cannot manage standard flake or pellet. At roughly 0.8mm, these mixed floating-and-sinking nano pellets are sized for them, so food reaches both the surface-feeders and the shy fish that wait lower down rather than sinking uneaten into the substrate.

Small tanks have little water volume to buffer waste, so precise feeding is critical in our warm conditions where leftovers foul quickly. Feed a small pinch once or twice daily, watch that every fish gets a share, and remove anything uneaten. Stable water keeps delicate nano species coloured up and active, and reduces the algae that small bright tanks tend to grow.
