Supervit Flakes as an everyday staple for SG community tanks
A multi-species flake like this earns its place in most Singapore aquariums because our mixed community tanks, full of tetras, rasboras, platies and corydoras, rarely want a single specialist diet. Flakes float and then drift down slowly, so surface and mid-water feeders all get a share, which suits the busy planted setups popular here. We treat it as the daily base and rotate in frozen or freeze-dried foods a couple of times a week for variety.
Feeding little and often works best in our warm 27-29C tanks, where fish burn through food quickly. Crush a pinch between your fingers for nano species and small fry, and clear anything left after a minute or two. In high humidity flake tubs absorb moisture fast once opened, so keep the lid sealed tight and store it somewhere cool and dry rather than on a warm hood.
