FROK FK40W Submersible Blue Lamp (1.5ft) for SG Tanks
The FK40W is the 1.5ft blue variant of FROK’s submersible LED line, and it suits tanks roughly in the two-foot bracket that are so common in HDB and condo living rooms. The fixed blue output is what marine and night-viewing keepers in Singapore reach for: it reads as a calm moonlight tone, makes fluorescent corals and certain fish pop, and lets you watch the tank after the main lights cut off without spooking nocturnal species.
Sitting submerged behind the rockwork, the bar disappears into the scape while still casting even blue across the glass. The thick glass casing and heavy-duty rubber seals are designed for the long haul underwater, and the in-built heat sinks help the LEDs cope in our warm ambient water, where heat dissipation is always tighter than in temperate climates. Run it on a timer so the blue fades in as your daylight fixture switches off, mimicking a natural dusk.
