NomoyPet ND-19 UVB 5.0 26W for tropical reptiles in Singapore

The ND-19 is a compact-fluorescent UVB 5.0 bulb sized for tropical and sub-tropical reptiles, the kind most commonly kept here in Singapore. UVB output is what lets turtles, tortoises and many lizards process calcium properly, so even though our outdoor climate is sunny, indoor enclosures behind glass get almost no usable UVB. A dedicated bulb fills that gap reliably.

A practical point we stress in-store: UVB output fades long before the bulb stops producing visible light. Even with steady local mains, plan to swap a compact UVB tube roughly every six to twelve months depending on use. Mount it within the manufacturer’s recommended distance of the basking spot, and avoid placing glass or acrylic between the bulb and your pet, as both block UVB.
