Carefully take the plant out of the cup and rinse off the growing media under the tap.
Split the plant in 6-8 portions using your fingers or sharp scissors (for small foreground plants).
Plant portions into the substrate using tweezers. Then watch them grow!

Over time it sends out vertical runners that sprout new plants, slowly building up thick coverage across the front or mid-ground of a scape.

Good lighting keeps it compact, while weaker light lets it grow coarse and leggy, so place it where it gets plenty of brightness.
