The FiltoClear Set 5000 is the entry point to the pressurised range, a compact filter with matched pump and integrated UVC rated for fish ponds around 2,500 litres. That makes it a natural fit for the smaller ponds Singapore homes typically run: a balcony tub, a modest courtyard feature, or a starter goldfish pond. Being pressurised, it can be tucked low or partly buried yet still lift cleaned water to a small waterfall or spout.
Even a small pond produces real waste in our 27-29C water, where fish stay active and feed year-round, so the backflush function that clears trapped solids without opening the canister keeps upkeep quick. The built-in UVC controls the green-water that our strong sun brings on fast in shallow, warm ponds. Run it continuously, backflush after monsoon downpours wash debris in, and refresh the UVC bulb yearly for steady clarity.
