The Soundtech PS-005A 5-way extension socket is a practical fit for the typical Singapore tank, where a single setup quickly racks up plugs for a filter, light, heater or chiller, air pump, and timer. With individual neon switches per outlet, fire-resistant housing, safety shutters, and a SAFETY Mark certification, it is built for the kind of always-on duty an aquarium demands rather than occasional household use.

The individual switches are more useful than they look. You can power down just the light or pump for maintenance without unplugging everything, and the neon indicators let you confirm at a glance what is live. In our humid flats we always recommend mounting it above the waterline on the cabinet wall, never on the floor where a leak could reach it, and fitting a drip loop on each cable.
