Jebao Spotlights utilize high quality materials in their spotlights to provide a very high quality of waterproofing. All Jebao spotlights runs on 12V low voltage which provide safe operation. It runs on a transformer which is included.

Lighting Your Pond with JEBAO HP3 Submersible Spotlights
The HP3 LED spotlights let you light a Singapore pond or water feature after dark, when most of us actually get time to enjoy the garden. Running on safe 12V through the included transformer, they draw far less power and generate less heat than old halogen units, so they suit continuous evening use without adding noticeably to the bill. Because they can run in or out of water, you can uplight a waterfall, graze across koi, or wash a feature wall in a courtyard or condo planter.
We advise positioning lights to skim the surface or backlight features rather than glaring straight up, which keeps the effect natural and reduces algae-feeding light in the water column. Mind cable routing in our wet climate; keep the transformer dry and elevated, and have outdoor circuits protected, as monsoon rain and standing water are unforgiving of poor wiring.
