Using Ophtalvit-A Chelonia for Reptile Eye and Skin Care

Singapore reptile keepers face a particular challenge: dusty terrarium substrates and our humid indoor air can irritate sensitive eyes and skin. This herbal lavender-eyebright balm is formulated as a gentle topical aid for reptiles whose eyes have been bothered by sand, dust or dry conditions. We stock it for tortoise and terrestrial reptile owners who want a measured way to soothe minor irritation rather than reaching straight for anything harsh.

It is a care product, not a cure for serious infection, so we always tell keepers that persistent swelling, discharge or a reptile that keeps its eyes shut warrants a proper exotics vet. Good husbandry prevents most eye trouble in the first place: appropriate humidity gradients, dust-free substrate and clean enclosure surfaces matter as much in a Singapore HDB terrarium as any balm you apply afterward.

Browse our full turtle and reptile range, and if you are setting up or reviewing an enclosure our desert terrarium setup and tropical terrarium build guides cover the substrate and humidity basics.
