Description
Nova 200 by DAB are submersible pumps for drainage (also rainwater) in residential building service. The pumps have been redesigned on the occasion of the forty years of marketing, making them even more reliable, resistant and ergonomic to use. They can also be used for emptying tanks or cisterns.
Nova 200 are suitable for fixed or portable installations and they are available in the automatic version with the integrated float switch or in the manual version without the float. The pumps are suitable for drainage of flooded basements, cellars and garages or to prevent flooding when installed in rainwater collector wells, which can also be used as a portable pump in emergency situations to drain water from flooded premises.
The pump body, the impeller and the suction grille are in techno polymer, the motor shaft is in stainless steel. Thermal protection incorporated in all single-phase versions. they can work in dry run for up to a minute. 10 mm free passage. In compliance with the European standard EN 60335-2-41 in case of external use the 10 meter power cable is mandatory.

DAB Nova 200 Submersible Drainage Pump in Singapore
The Nova 200 is the manual, float-free version with a 5m cable, a step up in drainage capacity from the Nova 180 in the same redesigned, hard-wearing range. It is a drainage and emptying pump rather than an aquarium circulation pump, so we recommend it where you regularly shift larger volumes: draining a big show tank or pond section for servicing, emptying cisterns and storage drums, or pulling down water in a fishroom before a deep clean.
Without a float, you decide exactly when it runs, which suits supervised tasks where you do not want it cycling on its own. In our humid, monsoon-prone climate it doubles as flood-clearing insurance for ground-floor units, void decks and pump rooms that take in rainwater during heavy storms. Keep the inlet clear, run it only when submerged enough to prime, and switch it off the moment the water level drops to protect the motor.
