Running the NomoyPet ND-11 25W Heating Bulb in a Singapore reptile setup
This 25W ND-11 is a low-wattage warmth-and-UVB combination bulb aimed at smaller turtle and tortoise enclosures. Because Singapore homes already sit at a warm 27-29C ambient, we usually treat a bulb like this as a targeted basking spot rather than a whole-enclosure heater. Mount it over one end of the tank, leave the opposite side cooler, and let your pet thermoregulate by moving in and out of the beam through the day.
The 25W rating keeps surface temperatures gentle, which suits hatchlings and compact terrapin tubs in HDB or condo spaces. Pair it with a fixture rated for the wattage and never sit the bulb directly on plastic or mesh. We always advise our customers to check the basking platform temperature with a cheap probe thermometer after install, since glass tanks and tile floors can shift readings unexpectedly.
