biOrb Parrots Feather Decoration (S/M)

These Parrots Feather plants bring fine, feathery foliage and a splash of colour to the back of a biOrb, inspired by the bright plumes of Central American jungles. Each pack holds two stems in a small/medium size, made from a silk-and-plastic blend that gives a softer, more lifelike movement in the bubble stream than rigid plastic plants. They suit freshwater, saltwater and tropical biOrb setups equally.

In Singapore we steer plenty of biOrb owners toward faux foliage like this because delicate feathery live plants struggle in a warm, low-flow acrylic sphere without CO2 and strong light. These give you the wispy background texture with none of the melting or maintenance. We plant a few stems together at the rear and sides as a soft backdrop, leaving open water at the front, and rinse them in used tank water during water changes so they keep their colour.
