The NF ASC89021 is a long 116×20 cylinder air stone designed to lay a stretched line of fine bubbles across the floor of a tank. We find this slim, extended shape useful where you want even aeration spread along the back of a tank rather than concentrated at one spot, which makes it tidy in planted displays and effective in long grow-out or breeding tanks where uniform oxygen matters.

Even oxygen distribution earns its keep in Singapore’s 27-29C conditions, where warm water carries less dissolved oxygen and stocked tanks can run short overnight. A long stone like this paired with a suitable air pump keeps the whole water column turning over. As with any air stone, expect gradual clogging from biofilm and mineral scale in our chloraminated tap water, so periodic cleaning or replacement keeps the bubble stream fine and quiet.
