Using biOrb Sand Pebbles in your tank

biOrb Sand Pebbles are designed to sit over the ceramic media at the base of a biOrb, giving the bottom a finished, natural look instead of bare white ceramic. In a biOrb the substrate does not work like a planted-tank soil, so think of these pebbles as decorative dressing rather than a growing medium. They suit fishkeepers who want a tidy, low-fuss base that hides the airstone tubing and softens the clinical look many all-in-one globes have out of the box.

Rinse them thoroughly before adding, as fine dust can cloud the water and stress the biOrb’s single bubble-driven filter.
