Yinsheng WT-2003 Small Breeder Box for Fry and Sick Fish
The Yinsheng WT-2003 is a compact floating breeder box at 132x68x73mm, made from clear plastic so you can watch what is happening inside. We recommend the small size for individual jobs: isolating a single pregnant livebearer, protecting newborn fry from being eaten, or giving a weak or recovering fish a safe, low-stress space within the main tank. Because it floats inside the display, the fry stay in your established, cycled water rather than a separate bare tank.
For Singapore keepers in space-tight HDB flats, an in-tank breeder box is a neat solution: no second tank, no extra heater, and it shares the warm 27-29C water and filtration you already run. Position it near gentle flow so oxygen reaches the box without buffeting tiny fry, and feed lightly with crushed or powdered food, removing leftovers promptly so the small volume does not foul. Keep an eye out for fry slipping through gaps.
